About Me

I am a native of Boston, MA, and a proud daughter of immigrants who graduated from Boston College School of Social Work in 2008. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, licensed to practice in Massachusetts and  Florida. I focus on providing psychotherapeutic services to adult women who identify as Black, Indigenous of Color (BIWOC).

My approach to therapy

I have an integrative trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and strengths-based approach to therapy. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My goal is to provide a warm, easy-going, safe space that allows the client to feel seen, heard, and valued.

I believe we all have a voice. I encourage you to rediscover, nurture, and amplify yours. I work with you to devise a therapeutic plan to meet your needs. I provide tools and resources to guide you to your desired destination. Whatever your goal, I work with you to assess and provide the appropriate therapeutic support needed to help you Thrive.

What you can expect in a session with me

I have worked with a diverse clientele, and I am dedicated to uplifting the voices of BIWOC, helping them develop the self-confidence to heal, trust from within and gather the tools needed to begin to thrive in a life they love. My goal is to ensure my client’s voice is heard. I consider it a privilege to guide them through their authentic journey to unpack, unlearn, and navigate to improve mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

Cultural Sensitivity

As a woman of color, I understand the intersections of race, culture, and systems, particularly how it impacts one’s identity.  Rt 3:21 Wellness encompasses a practice of Cultural Competence and Sensitivity focusing on amplifying the voices and well-being of the BIPOC community.
